Refunds Policy & Returns
- Delivery is FREE for orders over £40 in the UK
- We will use Royal Mail or DPD courier to send your parcel. We have a rural location but will endeavour to post out all orders on the same day if purchased before 12 noon.
- We will never profit from postage.
-Your items will always be posted in recycled papers/materials.
Delivery to Ireland
-Shipping to Ireland is FREE over £60. Please be advised now that England has left the EU you may incur import charges/taxes which you will be responsible for as the buyer. We will include all the correct paperwork for your import.
Delivery to Europe
Since Brexit you may now have to pay import charges of customs duty, VAT and admin fees in your country before your parcel is delivered. These charges will be applied by your country so please check your local government for details. If you do not pay any import charges due on your delivery your parcel will be returned to us. On it's return we will refund your order minus the original shipping cost and we will also deduct the cost of returning the parcel. The return shipping cost imposed by couriers can be significant and as a guide is often double the original delivery cost.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If your item is faulty please email us straight away at info@the nappyden.co.uk. Most nappies and items have warranties so we will communicate with the brand on your behalf. You will receive a full refund for any faulty items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the next stage and communicate with you any issues.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 9 The Meadow, Caistor, Caistor, Market Rasen, LIN, LN7 6XD, United Kingdom.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 9 The Meadow, Caistor, Market Rasen, LINCOLNSHIRE, LN7 6XD, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
PLEASE consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
